About Us
After many years in the service industry with expertise in both telecommunications and the heating/air conditioning business, I had a strong desire to leave the corporate world and create a business all my own. My primary objectives were to serve individuals, instead of corporations, and to support the community in which I live. To meet those objectives, I completed certification to specialize in residential home inspections and Skillful Inspections Services, LLC was born!
A native Texan, I now reside in East Texas in the Lake Palestine area and support Tyler, Bullard, Jacksonville and surrounding areas. I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place and have the opportunity to serve its residents. My wife, Diane, and I are members of the First United Methodist Church in Bullard and regularly support the needs of our community. We have two sons who reside in the Dallas area.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve each of my customers and provide thorough, quality inspections that will enhance their real estate experience.
